Voted one of the Top 10 Theatre Artists of 2009 by Toronto's NOW Magazine, Nicolas is the author of several plays including The Elephant Song and The Measure of Love, both produced at Stratford; adaptations of Chekhov's Three Sisters (Soulpepper) and Molière's The Sicilian (Toronto Fringe); and Greenland (2009 SummerWorks Festival - Audience Choice Award, Outstanding Production Award). His first produced
film is the short film, The Exit.
